Rory has been dancing for 10 years, developing his training in Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop and Ballet.

As well as being an amazing dancer, Rory has got incredible acrobat’s skills:

- Dancer/ Acrobat in ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’ - Baz Lurhmans
- Dancer in “Choreographers Ball” Tour to Hollywood L.A. with Choreographer Jessie “T” Taylor
- Dancer in Graeme Murphys “Aida” with Opera Australia
- Acrobat work with Opera Australia, performing in, “Caverlleria Rusticana and Pagliacci”.

Rory has been learned dance Jazz and Hip Hop in schools such as the prestigious Sydney Dance Company and the Australian Dance Enterprises.

Takuro is now a well-known and renowned Hip Hop dancer in Sydney. He has won many battles such as Encryption (Feb 10), DG Code Blue (May 10) and he has been in the 1on1 Hip Hop final at Dancekool Vol.24 (July 09) thanks to his amazing sense of musicality and his wide apprehension of Hip Hop.

Before becoming a famous dancer in Sydney, he travelled the world to places such as NY and LA studying and perfecting his craft only to return to Japan to teach in some of the greatest studios such as AirDanceCompany, Pineapple Studios Japan as well as many others.

He taught in Japan for more than 5 years before turning his sights onto Taiwan. Invited to teach as a prestigious university lecturer specializing in hip hop dance he taught at the most famous dancing institute of all Taiwan, the National Taipei Art University. Over his 4 year stay he was in high demand with the biggest stars of Taiwan such as Lee Hom, S.H.E, and Sho. Dancing and choreographing for many famous stars he became one of the largest celebrity choreographers in Taiwan.

Encryption Sydney is an 18+ hip hop event with 3 different battle categories, the dopest beats dropped by the dopest Dj’s out, Sydney’s best hip hop acts, separate cypher areas and prizes. If the excitement gets too much go relax by the pool tables or have a drink.

Sydneys Dj Libre (Super Round box, 360, Encryption Canberra, Sunset Jam) and Dj Mathmatics (Aus Bboy Champs, Shadow Wars) will be bringing that next level sound for us, once again, as well as Dj Ravi (Encryption Canberra, Sunset Jam) spinning the finest of his vinyl collection. Sho-Tyme,one of the most amazing Hip Hop Choreographers from NYC Is heading to Australia November 28-December 12th to be guest international Judge at ‘Battlegrounds’ and hold workshops in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth.

Takuro Agata -one of Japan and Taiwan’s most influential dancers- has returned to Sydney and with him his skill, technique, choreography and all new improved Aussie English skills.

Highlights of Takuro’s biography:

Danced and choreohraphed for : S.H.E, Li Hom, Sho and many more starts in Taiwan.
Taught dance in the prestigous National Taipei Art University as a guest lecturer in dance.
Has over 10 years teaching and dance experience from Japan, Taiwan and the US.
